Born in the serene town of Shelburne, Vermont, I embarked on my journey at the University of Vermont, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1999. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to exploring a wide range of physical therapy settings — from intense acute care environments to soothing outpatient clinics, and working with clients of every age, from newborns to those receiving end-of-life care.
As a specialist in Integrative Manual Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release, I take a holistic approach to treatment, infusing mindfulness and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection into every interaction. My passion for empowering individuals with hypermobility syndromes like mine, coupled with certifications in Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching and trauma-informed therapy, has driven me to continually enhance my knowledge and offerings.
